Completed Projects in Europe
We have selected 3 completed projects from Sweden that are presented below:
Stockholm, the largest City in the Nordics and capital city of Sweden is also the location of Peak Education HQ.
Dr Khan was the Project Leader for the total conversion and renovation of National Heritage buildings (over 100 years old) in the Urban National Park, located, few kilometers from the centre of Stockholm called “Crayfish kingdom”. This is a green project based on renewable energy and free from fossil fuels.
A diploma was awarded by the Swedish Construction Industry in the year 2001. Dr Khan was the driving force behind moving the Stockholm Business School from the Stockholm University campus to the Crayfish Kingdom in the year 2000.
The total cost of the project was over US$ 25 million. Financing model was as follows: Obtained part of the interest free funding from the Swedish National Debt Office. Normal depreciation for Government projects is 5 to 7 years.
We managed to obtain a depreciation period of 15 years since the buildings were classified as a National Heritage. The rest of the financing was obtained through donations and sponsorships.
Dr Sikander Khan makes a presentation at the Inauguration ceremony of the Crayfish Kingdom, on 30 August 2000, in the Wallenberg Auditorium donated by the Wallenberg Foundation.

Prepared a study of market and sales potential for the Thermovision Infrared camera in the power utilities industry (hydropower, nuclear and other power generating plants, substations, transmission and distribution lines) in Brazil, India, Canada, Japan and the United Kingdom;
Constructed a model in the evaluation of market and sales potential in the power utilities industry, iron and steel industry, petroleum and petrochemical industries worldwide.
Calculation of customer benefit from using infrared cameras in the electricity supply industry. This material was used in preparing brochures in international marketing of the Thermovision infrared cameras.
Construction of a marketing plan in connection with electricity supply projects financed by the World Bank. Dr Khan made this presentation for the World Bank, ADB (Asian Development Bank) and other multilateral agencies.
